I've prepared an NMU for clc-intercal (versioned as 1:1.00-2.1) and

Note this package might be able to become truly rootless with the use of `chmod -R u+rwX` at the right place(s). However, I did not spot the obvious place for it and this NMU solves it with an acceptable work around. diff -u clc-intercal-1.00/debian/changelog clc-intercal-1.00/debian/changelog
