I will certainly add another update here in case I would see the same
warnings again, despite having applied this patch.
Note that I didn't see the issue reoccur so far, even without the patch.
Which seems to be because a specific set of conditions needs to be met
before it is triggered. I'm not very familiar with Perl; but if I
understood this particular code section correctly, then the PDF must
contain an URI inside binary data, whereby the URI does not contain a
dot, for the issue to be triggered. Which is not very likely, I assume.
