Hi, This is just a quick followup note, that this bug still exists. Apparently, it's not as simple as I had first thought: it only happens once in a while (race condition?).
My window manager is ratpoison, which automatically maximizes all windows, and I've configured 'C-t c' to spawn xterm. Usually, there are no problems, but occasionally, it seems that the SIGWINCH is not sent to the shell, and it continues to think that it's at 80x24 (the default xterm geometry).
