Bug#1091771: cloning 1090833, severity of -2 is normal, retitle -2 to freecad: font ASME Y14.5 not found.

(Cloning this bug to document that there is currently no ASME Y14.5 font 
shipped,
due to the upstream license issue.)

My current plan is to make a freecad-data-non-free package as a container for 
non
DFSG data optionally used by freecad.
