I believe so. So instead of an open non-RC bug, shouldn't it be a RC bug
closed by the upload that removed the patch? Otherwise users (and release
team machinery) will not be aware that there's a high-severity bug present
in testing, which can be fixed by upgrading libqqwing2v5.

(I confirm that gnome-sudoku crashes with libqqwing2v5 1.3.4-2 but works
again with 1.3.4-3.)
