Bug#1086286: libqmi and libmbim FTBFS

At least libmbim is caused by a meson upgrade - it succeeds with meson 
1.5.2, and fails with 1.6.0.

*Possibly* an ordering issue - 1.5.2 always does the relevant step as 
the last step, 1.6.0 doesn't.

I intend to investigate further.
