It looks like I have a package ready for experimental now - only blocker
is that it (and also rust-rustls-webpki already in experimental)
requires rcgen 0.15.
That's bug#1085015, filed earlier tonight.
Package is now in experimental, but only because tests are ignored.
The package requires rcgen 0.15, and I don't consider it it safe to
skip tests related to rcgen and find it too big a patch to carry to
try use older rcgen.
