Did you know this before you uploaded? Please try to avoid this situation in the future by uploading new things you need to experimental first and wait until they are processed by ftp-master before uploading existing things that depend on them. By the way, pinging ftp-master on IRC often helps.
I don't think I can do anything about this but waiting for NEW being processed.
Well, we could remove the things that are depending on these new things from testing, then the things that are ready can migrate.
Please adjust this bug accordingly.
What do you propose exactly? The Release Team does consider packages that are out-of-sync with testing for more than 30 days to be RC buggy. There is a solution for this bug in your control (you're not going to like it, I know) but you could revert to the previous versions of the packages that are now in testing.
