I've uploaded a fixed package now to DELAYED/7 and updated https://salsa.debian.org/holger/haskell-devscripts/-/tree/drop-dh-buildinfo-1089874 and https://salsa.debian.org/haskell-team/haskell-devscripts/-/merge_requests/5 with the two commits, one for d/control and one for the release of d/changelog...
