I think it should have been cloned instead of reassigned and the bug for
ruby-rack downgraded to wishlist. It's not a RC bug to not ship the latest
version in unstable. It is an RC bug to Build-Depend on a version not available
in the suite. Doing that now.
Ok, that's better and I agree, but I think you should tell that not to me
but to whoever decided that the "real bug" was in ruby-rack.
Note: I think you have swapped the bugs, I'm going to adjust the metadata
to match the advice you have given right now.
