Package: gpa Version: 0.11.0-1 Severity: serious Tags: upstream Dear Maintainer,
Filing a bug to keep gpa out of Trixie - gpa isn't well maintained, I have done the conversion to GTK3, but it has no real maintainer upstream, and the current version needs more work. There are threading that locks it up (for example just click on the refresh button in the key list window). I don't find it in shape for a stable Debian release. If these things changes, I don't have anything against it going to testing, of course. Klepatra, which is the QT/KDE equivalent, works fine, and has support and maintainers upstream. I would recommend to use that if you can live with the QT interface. -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers unstable-debug APT policy: (500, 'unstable-debug'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.11.10-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=sv_SE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=sv_SE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages gpa depends on: ii gnupg 2.2.45-2 ii gpgsm 2.2.45-2 ii libassuan9 3.0.1-2 ii libc6 2.40-4 ii libgdk-pixbuf-2.0-0 2.42.12+dfsg-1+b1 ii libglib2.0-0t64 2.82.3-2 ii libgpg-error0 1.51-2 ii libgpgme11t64 1.24.0-2 ii libgtk-3-0t64 3.24.43-4 ii zlib1g 1:1.3.dfsg+really1.3.1-1+b1 gpa recommends no packages. gpa suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
