Dear Maintainer,

with the `failglob` option enabled in bash, completion for `tar` produces an
error. when I press 'tar --<TAB>', I get 'tar --bash: no match:
--occurrence[=NUMBER]', and then none of my keypresses (including ctrl-c) are
showing in my line editor until I press enter.
