Hi, I can reproduce this locally, even on a amd64 arch. Simplest file that shows the issue is $ cat file.py from dolfin import * mesh = UnitSquareMesh(2, 2) print([c.volume() for c in cells(mesh)]) and produces the expected result on python 3.12 but not on python 3.13 $ python3.12 file.py [0.125, 0.125, 0.125, 0.125, 0.125, 0.125, 0.125, 0.125] $ python3.13 file.py [] Not sure yet what is going wrong here, maybe memory not being allocated correctly by pybind11 due to changes in python 3.13?
