This package does build on amd64 in the reproducible-builds service. (It
sometimes fails on armhf but that's a different problem, where it thinks
it's in a cross environment.)

However, it's not entirely clear whether it ever had this bug in that
environment: the one amd64 failure is at the right time, but it is only
one (which could be a real bug that was quickly fixed, but also could be
a random failure), and the logs aren't kept.
I suggest closing this bug, but consider this less clear-cut than e.g.
#1073400.
