I think this is a bug in python-pcre2, which should not attempt JIT tests when JIT support isn't compiled in?
I agree that LoongArch 64 bit is on the list of JIT-supported architectures, so I'll upload a pcre2 version with that support enabled (probably in a day or two, I'm a bit behind right now), but I think python-pcre2 is also misbehaving here.
