/usr/share/doc/postfixadmin/examples/README.TXT but the file is missing
in the examples directory.

In the postfixadmin source is a squirrelmail-plugin (see ADDITIONS directory). There are already debian rules included to create a package. Please consider including the squirrelmail-plugin
