Bug#844397: Please add option to gbp-dch to create a signed tag for the --commit result

Isn't this feature already implemented?

I have in gbp.conf the line `sign-tags = True` and after each upload I
just run these commands that does the tagging and signing
automatically:

    gbp tag --verbose
    gbp push --verbose
