I get this error too updating to openmpi 5.0.6-2. Looks like some intermediate update got caught in the package updates. libprrte.so is installed by libopenmpi40 5.0.6-2 as /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libprrte.so.3.0.7 not /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libprrte.so.3.0.6 Bumping severity to serious since this will cause problems migrating to testing.
