At t time, the website still has some[1] stubs[2] of documentation, notably pointed to from libbio-das-lite-perl source code. There is a small chance that it might be legit, although I'm not very convinced neither. Investigating further on the upstream's side shown no obvious links to the group supposed to run the website But I agree the currently advertised homepage, legitimate or not, has little to no relevance with the package.
