Package: apt-listchanges Version: 4.8 Severity: normal When a new kernel is installed, then the changelog is not shown, e.g. today I see the changelog shown below, however
Upgrading: gir1.2-nm-1.0 libkf5plasma5 libkf6purpose6 libperl-dev libpipewire-0.3-modules libspa-0.2-bluetooth linux-libc-dev perl-modules-5.40 plasma-framework gtk-update-icon-cache libkf5plasmaquick5 libkf6purposewidgets6 libperl5.40 libqt5designer5 libspa-0.2-modules perl pipewire qdbus-qt5 libgtk-4-1 libkf6purpose-bin libnm0 libpipewire-0.3-0t64 libqt5help5 libxapian30 perl-base pipewire-bin libgtk-4-common libkf6purpose-data libopenblas0-pthread libpipewire-0.3-common libqt6multimedia6 linux-image-amd64 perl-doc pipewire-pulse Installing dependencies: linux-image-6.11.10-amd64 Vorgeschlagene Pakete: linux-doc-6.11 debian-kernel-handbook Summary: Upgrading: 34, Installing: 1, Removing: 0, Not Upgrading: 0 Download size: 0 B / 147 MB Space needed: 155 MB / 2.173 MB available As you can see, linux-image-amd64 is upgraded and linux-image-6.11.10-amd64 is installed. I' mot sure if this is the only one, but here I noticed it. Maybe this is the same as #1086598? Then please merge. Until now, I "only" really read the changelogs, assuming all packages are listed and I missed several times the kernel upgrade. (And, of course, I'm interested in reading the changelogs in the first place for all packages). Comparing the changelog below with the list above, I would expect something for gir1.2-nm-1.0 and qdbus-qt5 as well. apt-listchanges: Changelogs --------------------------- perl (5.40.0-8) unstable; urgency=medium [ Luca Boccassi ] * Drop Pre-Depends satisfied since Debian 8 Jessie. (Closes: #1087762) [ Niko Tyni ] * Minor packaging tweaks: + Remove long obsolete maintainer script parts + Add debian/upstream-metadata + Update upstream URLs + Disable reprotest check on Gitlab CI + Update some lintian overrides -- Niko Tyni <nt...@debian.org> Sat, 23 Nov 2024 17:42:23 +0200 xapian-core (1.4.25-2) unstable; urgency=medium * Enable LFS via dpkg to workaround buggy autoconf LFS probing with a C++ compiler. (Closes: #1086249) * Enable 64-bit time_t explicitly via dpkg so it's on for i386 as well. The ABI is not affected by sizeof(time_t) but time_t is used inside the library so it seems cleaner to align this across architectures. -- Olly Betts <o...@survex.com> Wed, 27 Nov 2024 08:19:45 +1300 pipewire (1.2.7-1) unstable; urgency=medium * New upstream release * Update symbols file * Override shared-library-lacks-prerequisites lintian tag for libjacknet.so.0.3.*, it's a dummy library so no need to complain. -- Dylan Aïssi <dai...@debian.org> Tue, 26 Nov 2024 11:50:10 +0100 qt6-multimedia (6.7.2-7) unstable; urgency=medium * Team upload. * Mark Linux symbols as such. * Add qdoc-qt6 as Build-Depends-Indep, as qdoc is needed to build the API documentation. -- Pino Toscano <p...@debian.org> Sun, 24 Nov 2024 10:11:03 +0100 qttools-opensource-src (5.15.15-3) unstable; urgency=medium * Team upload. * Temporarily drop support on alpha for QtWebKit, as it has not been building in the last few months. * Update symbols files from the logs of buildds. -- Pino Toscano <p...@debian.org> Sun, 24 Nov 2024 10:17:28 +0100 openblas (0.3.28+ds-4) unstable; urgency=medium * pkg-config-libsuffix.patch: new patch, fixes pkg-config for 64-bit flavours (Closes: #1087874) -- Sébastien Villemot <sebast...@debian.org> Wed, 20 Nov 2024 11:52:32 +0100 kf6-purpose (6.6.0-4) unstable; urgency=medium * Team upload. * Limit the qml6-module-org-kde-bluezqt build dependency to Linux architectures only, as bluez (and thus bluez-qt) exists only on Linux. * Drop trailing whitespaces in changelog. -- Pino Toscano <p...@debian.org> Wed, 27 Nov 2024 08:14:26 +0100 plasma-framework (5.115.0-6~exp1) experimental; urgency=medium [ Aurélien COUDERC ] * Build without the desktop themes to allow coinstallability with the Plasma 6 version replacing it. -- Aurélien COUDERC <couc...@debian.org> Mon, 19 Aug 2024 00:37:54 +0200 plasma-framework (5.115.0-6) unstable; urgency=medium [ Aurélien COUDERC ] * Release to unstable. -- Aurélien COUDERC <couc...@debian.org> Sun, 24 Nov 2024 09:35:21 +0100 gtk4 (4.16.7+ds-1) unstable; urgency=medium * New upstream release -- Jeremy Bícha <jbi...@ubuntu.com> Mon, 25 Nov 2024 18:37:54 -0500 --- Binärer NMU von: network-manager (1.50.0-1+b1) * Binary-only non-maintainer upload for amd64; no source changes. * Rebuild against ppp 2.5.1.1. -- Package-specific info: ==> /etc/apt/listchanges.conf <== [apt] frontend=pager which=both email_address=none email_format=text confirm=1 no_network=true headers=false reverse=true save_seen=/var/lib/apt/listchanges -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.11.10 (SMP w/12 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to de_DE.UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages apt-listchanges depends on: ii apt 2.9.14 ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.87 ii python3 3.12.6-1 ii python3-apt 2.9.0+b2 ii python3-debconf 1.5.87 ii sensible-utils 0.0.24 ii ucf 3.0043+nmu1 apt-listchanges recommends no packages.
