No doubt it is a horrible idea, I totally agree, but my point was: these lacking packages (kdsoap and kdsoap-ws-discovery-client) are in Ubuntu. They could be rebuild on Debian system, and will work like a charm (I did that, no problems, they are compiling and working just fine). They are even binary compatible without rebuilding, if one is lazy. I dont know about Debian policies in that regard, but maybe its possible to get package sources from there? Since main work is already done.
