Hi, gnome-shell-extension-panel-osd has been abandoned upstream and is not compatible with GNOME Shell >= 45 due to [1]. I was trying to port it to current gnome-shell but while attempting it I found a better replacement and is now in the NEW queue by ITP [2]. Please remove gnome-shell-extension-panel-osd.
