I changed the build-dependency of odr-padenc:
- From: libmagickwand-6.q16-dev
- To: libmagickwand-dev
Hopefully, this is what needed to be done to solve this bug.
I created a debian:testing container and recompiled upstream with the
unversioned libmagickwand-dev. Compilation and execution were OK.
Henceforth, the packet should work fine.
