Without doing a deep check, python3-legacy-cgi would be the easiest
way to solve this bug.
(I did not said the _proprer_ way. )
When I previously attempted to fix this bug, I didn't know of the
python3-legacy-cgi package. After writing most of a proper patch, due to
the testing effort required, I had to postpone the fix. This package
seems like a decent approach until upstream fixes the problem properly.
Thank you for point it out. I have added the dependency on this package
and uploaded a release. Looks like that should fix the problems with
Python 3.13. There don't seem be any other removed modules used in Pagekite.
