It seems that now a migration to testing requires autopkgtests for dependen packages to succeed. Since swi-prolog has a hardwired ABI version exact ABI version, tests with the eye package from testing that requires the previous ABI version fail. This matters to me, because 2 of my packages (gap-polymaking, gap- hapcryst) might be removed because they indirectly depend. Unfortunately I myself have no idea how this can be resolved.
