I uploaded the package with the added space in the .scss file, as discussed, it will reach unstable soon (if it didn't already). I'd be glad if you could check this fixes the problem.

In the meantime, you might want to fix networking-bgpvpn (one of the affected packages) because it currently fails for a completely different reason: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'bcrypt._bcrypt' https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/networking-bgpvpn.html (Noticed yesterday while testing with version 3:25.1.0-3 of openstack-dashboard).
