Finally, the problem doesn't come from kwin-wayland package, neither from the free graphic chipset driver. During screen freeze, I saw with top command that the process kswapd0 took 98% of CPU. I have added memory to my swap partition and it has resolved the problem. I had not enough swap memory, I had 1Go and now I have 6Go. My ram memory is 3Go.
