Hello, the po4a source files for the German man page are at http://fm-r.eu/vim-man/ (no tls yet, maybe that's why it is not under Google's radar). I haven't updated the page in ages .. so if you would like ;-)
I had it reviewed at debian-l10n-german and submitted it to upstream. Regards, Florian
