Upstream did not tag 4.1.6 in git (it was only available on d.j.o/s) and d/watch looks at git tags' tarballs. Forwarded this, and upstream tagged 4.1.6 (and 4.1.7), and uscan picked up 4.1.7, so gbp import-orig --uscan should pick it up as well.
