the reason for ~/.sbuildrc is of course a historical one. Do you have a plan in
mind for how to best migrate the configuration path? We probably can never
remove support for ~/.sbuildrc as that would break existing setups. What we can
do is to add support for ~/.config/sbuild/config.pl and then... do what? What
if both files exist? Which one has precedence?

Do you have something in mind?
