Yes, in fact it is already in the archive, but with an odd name (golang-github-prometheus-community-pgbouncer-exporter). Me and Daniel Swarbrick already contacted the maintainer (Lena Voytek) to rename the new package so it takes over this one, but I think she encountered some roadblock, I have just sent her an email.
Thus I'll have to ask: shall prometheus-pgbouncer-exporter be removed from Debian unstable?
Fine by me. I don't know if there is any difference in removing + renaming the other one later, or renaming first so the old one is removed automatically.
