Unfortunately the latest maintainer upload 0.4.8.13-1 did not incorporate the changes from the 0.4.8.12-1.1 NMU. Thus reopening this RC bug and marking it as found in 0.4.8.13-1 to prevent testing migration. Shipping files in an aliased location is nowadays an RC bug.
