While rethinking about that, I realized maybe it's a good time to
reconsider whether #debian-kde is the channel that Debian and KDE users
are most likely to go to. IMO Debian and KDE users are more likely to
have questions not specific to KDE and to want to join #debian, so
#debian should be added to the list (keeping #debian-kde or not).
