Filed by me as the maintainer. This package was introduced as a dependency of the Laravel framework. It's no longer needed for that purpose. No other package depends on it. I thus see no reason to include it in Trixie.I intend to follow up with an RM request in the future if nobody disagrees. (Feel free to beat me to it.)
