uploaded it to DELAYED/7. Please feel free to tell me if I
should delay it longer.

Unfortunately the latest maintainer upload 9.0+20231006-1 did not incorporate the changes from the 9.0-5.1 NMU.

Thus reopening and bumping the severity to serious to prevent testing migration. Shipping files in an aliased location is nowadays an RC bug.
