Possibly, but it seems to me that it very much goes against the grain of
DEP5 being "machine readable".
The file stanza fields are interpreted by lrc the same way that the "ls"
& "find" utilities do.
If fact, lrc specifically uses "find" to handle them.
I think you can keep both lintian and lrc happy in this case by having
two Files: stanzas
One for
lib/*foo
and a 2nd one for
lib/gl/*foo
