Last maintainer upload is 1.56 from 2006, multiple NMUs that fix RC bugs, latest NMU gutted half of the utility of the package, the latest upstream is 1.59 from 2011 (http://sange.fi/~atehwa/Stx/debian/changelog), the utility is highly questionable: "stx" is effectively a markdown implementation, but before we had markdown so it's the author's bespoke markdown-like thing and this is reflected in popcon inst=13 (old=13).
