The configuration file is the default shipped by upstream. I would
rather avoid changing those defaults unless it's absolutely necessary
for Debian integration.

This being said, I like the idea of facilitating DDNS out of the box.
Can you please file a bug upstream and see if Roy is willing to ship
the option uncommented?
