However there is no /usr/share/lrc/lrc.excludes on my system, nor a
/usr/share/doc/licenserecon/lrc.excludes file.  I can't find it in the
source package either.  Maybe document the syntax in the man page
instead?

the file in question is lrc.config.
I need to update the man page!

(its correct in lrc --help)
