With pydata-sphinx-theme 0.15 (after fixing #1084781 - see Salsa and
https://launchpad.net/~rebecca-palmer/+archive/ubuntu/pydatasphinxtheme0p15/+packages
), some packages using sphinx-book-theme fail to build, with a
'generate_nav_html' exception in update_and_remove_templates.
This is probably because pydata-sphinx-theme no longer has a
generate_nav_html: it's now called generate_toctree_html.
Upstream sphinx-book-theme removed the affected code in 0.3.0, so
upgrading will probably solve this:
