Dear Maintainer,
libunwind-19-dev "Provides" libunwind-dev but it doesn't include
libunwind.NC, which is instead included in libunwind-dev.
This leads not to satisfy dependencies such as from libgstreamer1.0-dev,
which "Depends" libunwind-dev. Even after a successful `sudo apt-get
install libgstreamer1.0-dev`, `pkg-config --cflags gstreamer-1.0` failed
with the following error message:
