Sure. I clicked the "Reply" in "Reply or subscribe to this bug." on the top of the page, and it was missing context (a.k.a. only 1055...@bugs.debian.org), while other "Reply" links auto include the subject and other context information. This encourages the user to fill something (which might not help the maintainers), rather than leaving it empty. Maybe, the top "Reply" link should have the main subject included ?
