Given that this is just one micro-release before the latest "upstream"
release this sounds like "better than nothing".  Not sure whether `gbp
import-dscs` can somehow "continue" from this point.  Honestly, you will
probably know better than me whether this is a good starting point.  If
we do not have anything better I'd volunteer to convert this to Git and
push it to salsa:debian/cdrkit which seems to be the best place, IMHO.
