No, it shares the same upstream vendor.

src:7zip is https://www.7-zip.org/download.html -> 7z1234-src.tar.xz
src:lzma is https://www.7-zip.org/download.html -> lzma1234.7z

The former is "7-Zip Source code",
the latter is "LZMA SDK: (C, C++, C#, Java)".

src:lzma's d/watch is currently broken and sees only three-digit versions.

Adapting src:7zip's d/watch to something like

        dversionmangle=s/\+dfsg$//, \
        oversionmangle=s/$/+dfsg/, \
        pgpmode=none" \
  https://www.7-zip.org/download.html a/lzma(\d{4})\.7z
will fix this.
