Control: severity -1 important I'm bumping the severity to important. The reason for this is that while the bug in itself is very isolated and can be worked around, it is also easy to trigger in very normal (even trivial) workflows. Since a situation that can easily arise in real-world situations causes a segfault, the bug can be said to have a major effect on the usability of the package.
