I think this was probably a testing error of some kind. I can still reproduce it with the latest version in Debian (after some faff trying to set up an appropriate autopkgtest for it), and I don't see anything relevant when looking through the current Ubuntu patch set. -- Colin Watson (he/him) [cjwat...@debian.org]
