Uh, this is still marked as RC? The Hurd is not a release candidate any
more anyway, so no use keeping this severity.

Yes, a lot of skips are normal. AFAIK there are no failures in the perl
testsuite any more (the various bugs have been closed in the BTS),
except
debian/patches/debian/hurd-softupdates.diff
that needs to be upstreamed.
