#1084916 - libgtk-4-1 should not recommend (CUPS v3) cpdb-backend-cups:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1084916
Until it is fixed, please try the following temporary workaround:
# apt-mark hold libcupsfilters2-common
# apt install gnome-core
# apt-mark unhold libcupsfilters2-common
