Thank you for packaging Incus. Incus by default does not start on Devuan since the package only ships with Systemd service files for startup. I am using Devuan with Runit and have made a runit service dir for "incus" and "incus-user" so that both services start with Runit. I use this setup for about half a year meanwhile. This would also benefit Debian users using Runit as their init. Thus I propose creating a merge request for Incus. I would ask Lorenzo, maintainer of Runit in Debian, to review my merge request. This would minimize your work to review the change. Would you be willing to accept such a merge request in general? If not, I would proceed to proposing a merge request for runit-services package instead. I would love to have it in incus package directly, as runit-service package is kind of a stop-gap measure. However if you are unwilling to accept a merge request like this in general, please tell so clearly so I know I can proceed with that alternative directly.
