   The new upstream version 3.9.0 exist, please help update in Debian.

https://github.com/googlefonts/fontmake/tags

The fontmake also changed the HOMEPAGE to

https://github.com/googlefonts/fontmake/

The debian/watch file also need update:

version=4
    https://github.com/googlefonts/fontmake/tags \
    (?:.*?/)?v?@ANY_VERSION@@ARCHIVE_EXT@
